Kalium chloratum or Schüßler Salt No. 4 is an extremely versatile substance that is found in almost all cells of the body. The salt is used as a physiological solution in medicine and a flavour enhancer for cooking. Farmers use it as fertiliser and it is used as road salt in the winter.
